“The Man of the Crowd” is a web based non-linear narrative that follows Edgar Allan Poe’s story of the same name. This story unfolds as the narrator starts to follow a mysterious old man. For this project I wanted to keep the design simple and perplexing. I chose to use black and white for the colour theme because it fits with Edgar Allan Poe’s aesthetic and time period in which he wrote.
